Highland Park, IL - Historic Bob O'Link Golf Club just outside of Chicago is ready for its first full season after an extensive 2015 renovation. Architect Jim Urbina did a fantastic job overseeing the restoration of this course originally designed by CH Alison. The renovation included the installation of Better Billy Bunkers in all bunkers. The performance of the method was evident even before the completion of the project. After several intense rain events, the bunkers remained perfect. Director of Agronomy Scott Pavalko, superintendent Matt Leinen and their staff will have this facility dialed in for the 2016 golf season. The project, which also featured extensive drainage enhancements, was completed by BBB licensed installer Leibold Irrigation.
