Tuscaloosa, AL - North River Yacht and Country Club recently underwent some major changes. Beginning in the early summer of 2015, superintendent Matt Devine and staff began the process of renovating the golf course.
Under the direction of architects Bob and Bobby Cup, certified Better Billy Bunker installer TDI International, converted the existing bent grass greens to TifEagle Bermuda and renovated approximately 60 percent of the cart paths. In addition to the new putting surfaces and design features, all bunkers were constructed using the Better Billy Bunker Method. Bulk Aggregate's "Pro-Angle" bunker sand was chosen to compliment the new bunker system.
