Charlotte, NC - Golf Course Superintendent Scott Cochran and his crew have had a very busy season in 2015. Under the direction of Greg Muirhead, ASGCA with Rees Jones Design, Ballantyne Country Club has completed their renovation. The club used Certified Better Billy Bunker Installer Landscapes Unlimited to do their renovation work, and the results are quite impressive.
The project had two phases, with the front nine being done in 2014 and the back nine being completed in 2015. Better Billy Bunker was selected for the bunkers to improve drainage and greatly reduce washouts and contamination. In addition to installing Better Billy Bunkers Landscapes Unlimited renovated tees and improved drainage throughout the course.
